Sun

The sun is about 400 times as big as the moon.  The energy is powerful enough to reach every planet in the solar system.  It takes one rotation 59 Earth days and one orbit 88 Earth days.  The sun has spots on it.  The sun is bigger than a ll of the planets in our Milky Way.  The sun is more than 400 times farther away from the moon. The sun is very hot.  The sun is our star in the Milky Way. When the moon blocks the sun's light, it causes a solar eclipse.
